When returning the product, it is necessary to fill in the return form with the data, necessary for the fulfillment of the return and send it with the product. You can download the return form here. Please inform us about Your decision to return the product by email [email protected] within 14 days.
Returned products must meet the following criteria
● returnable shoes must be in the original shoe box ;
● the item must be unused and not damaged by the Buyer;
● the product can't be damaged or lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unsealed protective films, etc.);
Refunds
Under the law, the Seller pledges to repay the money within 14 days after the product has been received, it is checked that it is in a proper condition, i.e. unidentified irregularities, damage, unaltered parts, are all packages, labels.
Exchange
Diavolesa.com does not offer an exchange. If you need another size or model - make a new order and return the unwanted item.
The money will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
